Wechi is a large-scale development of 134 hectares in Willemstad, Curaçao. Within the next 10 to 15 years, approximately 3,500 to 4,000 homes will be built here, with a focus on sustainability, affordability, and quality of life.

Wechi works actively with local banks to facilitate mortgage opportunities. The following institutions are involved in the project:

  • Maduro & Curiel’s Bank (MCB) – offering a special financing package for Wechi buyers.
  • Banco di Caribe – familiar with the project.
  • Orco Bank – familiar with the project.
  • Fundashon Fiansa Popular – familiar with the project.

The land in Wechi is issued under long-term land lease by FKP. The annual fee is XCG 1.68 per m² and is based on transparent conditions.

Yes, both short-term and long-term rentals are allowed. We will help you find tenants!

  • Annual long-term land lease.
  • Service fees of XCG 50 per month for maintenance and security.
  • Transfer and notary costs (details upon request).

For the maintenance of shared facilities, each home pays an annual service contribution of XCG 600.

Wechi is not a gated community, but public areas are equipped with surveillance camera systems for extra safety.
